I have used this method to contact police officers and it was very efficient.
Also to report a water leak or a distribution system problem when City Hall is closed, call 816-740-4251 at City Hall and listen to the recorded message. The message will tell you the emergency pager number to call. The on-call person who has the emergency pager will call you back to have you describe the problem.
